Each of our customers is unique and has different needs and wants. For most people, we recommend a pest control maintenance plan that consists of 4 treatments over the season, but we can customize any plan to meet your needs and budget. Traditional Home Service

- 3,500 sq ft or less around $75. Here’s our process:

Exterior

1. Residual Perimeter Treatment including:
   • 3 ft. up and 6 to 10 ft. away from foundation
   • Exterior Lighting
   • Eves
   • Around all windows on the first story and basement
   • Around all points of entry
   • Window wells
   • Garage
   • Trash area
   • Any exterior cracks along the foundation
2. Remove cobwebs
3. Remove easily accessible wasp nests
4. Apply Granular residual product around perimeter of home
5. Apply Granular baits if needed

Interior

1. Residual application focusing on key areas including plumbing, windows, points of entry, unfinished areas, and water heater and furnace area.
2. Granular or gel baits used if necessary
3. Glue board monitors placed if necessary

Extensive Home Service

- 3,500 sq ft or less around $110
Our Extensive Home service is the most extensive pest control service in the industry. It includes everything our traditional service entails plus:

• 30-point inspection and report
• Dust in wall voids around all accessible plumbing
• Long-lasting residual is applied to all cracks on the exterior of home
• Residual sprayed around all potential harborges throughout the entire yard
• Baits placed inside and out if ants are encountered
